How do I pay?

For one off jobs, we will send you an invoice by email once the job has been completed. This can then be settled by BACS / online payment. For regular visits, such as lawn mowing, we will send you an invoice by email on our last visit of the month.

I’m not in during the day, can you still carry out the work?

Providing we have the necessary access then you can trust us to carry out the work unattended. However, for gutter cleaning, we would just need access to an electricity point.

If I book with a neighbour, do we get a discount?

Yes, booking a job together with our neighbour will attract our Neighbourly Discount. Just let us know at the time of booking and we’ll make sure you benefit.

Can you remove green waste?

Yes, we are a registered garden waste carrier and can remove any green waste required.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we hold a public liability insurance policy for £1,000,000.
